Bmore Stitch is not liable for any damage to garments during the manufacturing process. If a garment is unsuitable for embroidery or cannot withstand heat, we will inform you of the issue. Should you to proceed despite our advice, we will not be responsible for the results., while we digitize our own work, any images digitized elsewhere are not our responsibility for the sew-out results Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy -

**Refund and Pickup Policy** Please note that all custom items are non-refundable. During the manufacturing process a photo of your finished item will be sent for your approval via text or email. Once approved, Bmore Stitch will proceed with completing your project. After project completion, you have 48 hours to retrieve your items; a $5.00 daily storage fee will apply after this period. The manager has discretion to issue refunds for in-store non-custom items in cases of wrong size or defects.
